General
- Supporting the creative directors in daily workflow
- Hands on mentality with the ability to work independently
- Strong understanding of the current zeitgeist and our brands

E-commerce (back office)
- Assist in the day-to-day operation of our newly developed e-commerce platform
- Assist in managing inventory levels
- Keep track of online orders, and distribution
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with a problem-solving attitude
- Handle customer complaints, seek assistance where necessary, ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company

Social Media
- Assist in the development phase of various campaigns
- Develop social media strategy focused on TikTok
- Develop daily TikTok content emphasizing the Velour brand identity and community

Sales (in-store) 
- Managing daily operations, including store opening and closing procedures
- Ensure that the store is always clean, organised and visually appealing (VM)
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist in styling sessions
- Assist in events, private sales, public relations
