- All products shown on the website are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to change products, prices, and content at any time without prior notice.
- While we aim to ensure all information is accurate, errors may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct these errors and cancel or refuse any affected orders.


4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

- All prices are in Euros (€), include VAT (where applicable), and exclude shipping or customs fees unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is required at checkout via secure payment providers (iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- Orders are not processed until full payment is received.


5. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you place your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Please note that this does not yet constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is confirmed once it has been reviewed and shipped.


6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please refer to our ‘SHIPPING & RETURNS’ page for full details on delivery costs and estimated delivery times.

- Velour Amsterdam ships from the Netherlands.
- We are not liable for any delays, loss, or damage during shipping after dispatch.
- Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you refuse a delivery due to customs charges, the package will be considered abandoned and not eligible for a refund.


7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:
- You must inform us by email at customersupport@velouramsterdam.com within 14 days.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original and sellable condition, with all tags and packaging.
- We do not accept returns that are worn, used, damaged, or missing original packaging.
- Refunds will only be issued after we have received and inspected the return.
- Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.


9. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one separately.


10. COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint about a product or our service, please contact us at customersupport@velouramsterdam.com.
We aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your message.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of Velour Amsterdam or its content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without written permission.

Velour Amsterdam is not liable for:
- Any damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the website;
- Incorrect pricing or product information;
- Delays or losses after dispatch;
- Any customs charges, taxes, or restrictions in your delivery country.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, for any reason.


13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be settled by the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
